STABILISING & LIFTING - The URETEK Method

KEY BENEFITS

Benefits of The URETEK Method will include:-

Cost-effective

Fast and more than cost-effective, when you add cost savings of minimal attendant damage, probably zero effect on commercial operations, and no relocation or temporary accomodation needs.

The work completed promptly

Completed sections immediately trafficable.
The set-up time, injection procedure, curing time and cleanup is remarkably shorter than other traditional repair methods.

Minimal disruption:-

No demolition or excavation - little noise and no water or mess.
Commercial operations can usually continue around us.
No need to remove machinery, shelving, racking or stock.
In domestic situations the occupants usually do not need to vacate the premises.

Minimal impact:-

Original levels of floors are maintained or re-established.

Injection holes smaller in diameter than the smallest coin - minimal damage to floors and paving. Original concrete surface finish/pattern preserved.

Minimal extra weight imposed on already stressed ground following correction by The Uretek Method (usually less than 100 kg/cu. m).

Superior structural characteristics

Lifts structures bearing on a floor, such as dividing walls, plant and materials, fixtures, fittings.

The resin expands its liquid volume, to aggressively fill voids and seal fissures.

URETEK is not an unconfined 'hydraulic' lift. As lifting is done by expansion of the unique resins, fine control of definitive areas and levels is achievable.

Compaction of the subbase can occur to approximately 500 mm below surface level - thus improving the bearing capacity of suitable compactable and/or voided sub-grades.

Flexibility

The opportunity to use in conjunction with URETEK 'Deep-Injection' to increase ground bearing capacity. Can be applied under floors, column and machinery pads, strip footings and raft foundations.

The URETEK Method can simply stabilise - or lift from 3 mm to 300 mm.

Fast cleanup

Cleanup is simple and usually consists of a broom, dustpan and perhaps a hand vacuum.

Confidence

Based on substantial international experience, across tens of thousands of a varied projects, the material used for The URETEK Method carries a warranty of 10 years.
