IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SPECIFIERS

Single project pricing

With the exception of repetitive works such as streets, roads and highways, each project is unique and is priced accordingly.

Factors which affect project pricing include the complexity of the scope-of-works (whether void-filling, stabilising, lifting, deep-injection or a combination of all), the estimated amount of URETEK material required, personnel requirements, mobilisation or establishment, license fees and other proprietary considerations.

Unlike most traditional contractors, URETEK is always dealing with unknowns - such as void space volume, which is a critical factor to our process. Therefore, projects are most frequently priced as a lump sum based on usage of a specific quantity (weight) of URETEK resin. The material quantity included is an estimate which is based on experience and known, measurable conditions such as slab thickness or extent of settlement. If additional material is desired or required, the URETEK lump-sum contract is written to allow the client to authorise injection of more material at a fixed price per unit of weight. Most of the time the original contract estimate is adequate for the project. If exact void space and other conditions can be assured, then a fixed lump sum price can be given.
